Bactéria extremófila em TSI

Bactérias extremas, são aquelas que sobreviveram por milhares de anos em condições de extremo stress (altas temperaturas, alta salinidade, limites de pHs, etc.). Seu metabolismo e capacidade únicas permitiram desenvolver tecnologias de diagnóstico e pesquisa, tais como: PCR, clonagem, sexagem, desenvolvimento de vacinas e medicamentos).
