Ingredientes:

A:

  • 1 ½ (20 g) Colher de sopa de gengibre ralado.
  • 1 dente de alho ralado.
  • 2 Colheres de sopa de shoyu, (molho de soja).
  • 2 Colheres de sopa (20 g) TREHA®
  • 455 g de Sobrecoxa de frango com pele.
  • 2 colheres de chá de óleo de gergelim.


B:

  • ½ Ovo batido.
  • 3 colheres de sopa de amido de batata.
  • Óleo de cozinha para fritura em imersão.

Instruções

  1. Em uma vasilha grande, misture todos os ingredientes da lista A.
  2. Adicione o frango e o óleo de gergelim na vasilha da etapa 1. Esfregue no frango o tempero da vasilha e marine o frango por 10 min.
  3. Misture os ingredientes da lista B e crie uma cobertura em cada pedaço de frango.
  4. Aqueça o óleo em 170-180˚C. Frite por imersão os pedaços de frango até conseguir um dourado marrom com os frangos completamente cozidos.
